At SHIDHI HUMANITY FOUNDATION, we deeply appreciate every donation made to support our cause. Donations are voluntary contributions made to help us serve HIV/AIDS patients, underprivileged persons, and provide education, nutrition, and employment opportunities.
As a registered non-profit organization under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, all donations are considered final and are put to immediate use in our various programs and initiatives.
Donations made to SHIDHI HUMANITY FOUNDATION are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is immediately allocated to our programs and cannot be returned. By making a donation, you acknowledge that contributions are voluntary and final.
We understand that errors can occur. Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date. Requests made after this period will not be considered unless there are exceptional circumstances with valid documentation.

Valid refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the donation.
The following types of donations are strictly non-refundable:
If a donation is refunded, any tax receipt issued for that donation becomes invalid. Donors are responsible for ensuring that refunded donations are not claimed for tax deductions.
Refunded donations are not eligible for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. If you have already claimed a deduction, you must adjust your tax filings accordingly.
Instead of a refund, you may choose to reallocate your donation to a different program or initiative within SHIDHI HUMANITY FOUNDATION. This ensures your contribution continues to make a positive impact.
In certain cases, we may offer to hold your donation as a credit for future contributions, allowing you to support our programs at a later date.
Please review your donation details carefully before completing the transaction. Ensure the donation amount and payment information are correct. Once processed, donations are immediately put to use in our programs, making refunds difficult to accommodate except in exceptional circumstances.
